Job Description
**The Loss Prevention Associate** is responsible for protecting the assets of the distribution center by preventing theft, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting investigations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a secure and safe working environment for all employees and visitors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols of the facility.
+ Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, or policy violations.
+ Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of loss prevention strategies.
+ Respond to emergencies, including medical, fire, or security-related incidents.
+ Prepare detailed reports on incidents and investigations.
+ Collaborate with law enforcement and internal teams as needed.
+ Support safety initiatives and training programs.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
+ 1+ year of experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field.
+ Familiarity with CCTV systems and access control technologies.
+ Strong observational and analytical skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ **Flexibility to work various locations, weekends, and holidays.**
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
+ Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
+ Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
+ Experience in a distribution or warehouse setting.
+ Bilingual skills are a plus.
**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
